How to create an m4b file with fre:ac

There are several different ways to make m4b files (also known as podbooks or audiobooks). This is an example using free software that can be installed on a computer running any full operating system.

Get fre:ac

First, you'll need to download the software. You can find links for your operating system's version on the official downloads page at: https://www.freac.org/downloads-mainmenu-33

Download it and install it as you would normally install software (and scan the installation file for viruses, etc.).
