There are a ton of writing resources on the Internet, but here are a few that have helped others:

• Author Chuck Palahniuk wrote an amazing article on "Show, Don't Tell In Your Writing" in a humorous article that gives you solid advice on showing, not telling, in your writing.
• The excellent source Writers.com has "Show, Don't Tell" article that is a more compact, but less colorful (than Palahniuk) in their examples.
• For people looking to write queer sex, the late Minotaur put together "Sex Tips for Slash Writers".
