I didn't realize that you have to have a paid Neocities account to mount a site, so that discouraged me from continuing this guide. I do still plan to finish it! (Or if someone else happens to want to pick up on it, excellent!) But yes, that's why. --Bluedreaming (talk) 21:31, 14 October 2023 (UTC)
